How to reset my pdfToolbox Server?

Background

This article explain how you can reset your pdfToolbox Server when you are not able to start them.

Instructions

1. Close pdfToolbox Server.
2. Navigate to:
   • Macintosh:
     /Library/Application Support/callas software/callas pdfToolbox CLI (version)/Server
   • Windows:
     C:\ProgramData\Application Support\callas software\callas pdfToolbox CLI (version)\Server
3. Delete the following cache files:
   • Server.cfg
   • Server.info
   • Server.lck
   • Server.log
4. Start pdfToolbox Server.
5. Go to Tools > Server
6. Start a Server.
